A SavyTails groomer or stylist arrives on your scheduled service day, uses your existing on-site grooming station, and delivers a private, one-on-one professional grooming experience for your residents’ dogs. No van parked outside. No generator noise. No disruption to your community. We bring all professional tools โ€” clippers, dryers, vacuums, and premium cruelty-free products. We use your tub, your water, and your workspace. That’s all we need.
Yes โ€” our in-building model uses your property’s existing on-site grooming station or pet washing area. If your building has a pet washing sink or grooming space, we can work there. Contact us to discuss your specific setup and we’ll let you know if it qualifies.
Nothing. There is no fee and no financial obligation to your community under our standard agreement (Option A). Residents pay for their own grooming services directly. You provide access to an amenity that’s currently underutilized โ€” we bring the professional service that makes it worth talking about. Properties holding an active Option A or Option B agreement may also add the White Paw Program โ€” a premium concierge grooming subscription managed by your concierge department. Your team’s only job is to tell residents we exist โ€” one announcement at launch. We handle all scheduling, all payment collection, all client communication, and all cleanup. Every time. No follow-up required from your staff.
Residents book directly with SavyTails using contact information provided in your welcome packet or resident portal. They complete a digital intake form, sign a liability waiver, and send a deposit before their appointment is confirmed. Residents do not need to be present during grooming โ€” we offer latch key and drop-off options.
Every resident receives an automated post-groom summary with coat and health notes. Payment is collected automatically via card on file. We handle all cleanup of the grooming station before we leave.
For residents with busy schedules, the Savy Turnkey Add-On ($50) is a fully hands-off experience. SavyTails coordinates directly with the resident to arrange secure access, retrieves the dog from their home, provides a pre-groom walk, completes the full grooming service at the on-site pet spa, provides a post-groom walk, and returns the dog safely home โ€” all without requiring the resident to be present at any point. A signed Turnkey Authorization Form is required prior to first service.
Yes. SavyTails carries General Liability insurance at $1M/$2M plus Professional Pet Groomer’s Liability. Your property will be named as Additional Insured on our Certificate of Insurance โ€” provided within 48 hours of request, before the first service day.
Yes. SavyTails is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) through SBA VetCert, and is Woman-Owned. We qualify as a diversity vendor for property management companies with inclusive procurement programs.

The White Paw Program is SavyTails’ all-inclusive concierge grooming subscription, exclusively available to residents of our partner communities. Your concierge department manages all enrollment, scheduling, and payments on behalf of residents โ€” no coordination required from your leasing team. Every appointment includes a Full Groom plus Teeth Brushing, Nail Buffing, Ear Plucking, Tea Tree Paw Soak, Mental Health Package, Puppy Intro services, and Savy Turnkey โ€” all bundled at a flat monthly rate. Pricing starts at $450/month for XSโ€“M dogs and $525/month for Large dogs.
Any property holding an active Option A or Option B partnership agreement can add the White Paw Program. It requires a separate Concierge Access & Partnership Contract and a dedicated HeyGoldie platform login for your concierge department. Contact Chad to get started.
No. The Savy Turnkey service is included in every White Paw appointment. SavyTails retrieves the dog, provides a pre-groom walk, completes the full grooming service, provides a post-groom walk, and returns the dog safely home โ€” all without requiring the resident to be present at any point.
Dogs of any size are welcome. Dogs over 75 lbs require a complimentary SavyTails temperament assessment before their first appointment. Dogs age 9 or older require a veterinary fitness letter confirming fitness for grooming services.
