Competitive Commission

20% during training. 25% starting pay once you complete the program. 30% after one year plus Fear Free Certification, Pet CPR certification, and a practical evaluation with Savannah.

SavyTails operates inside apartment communities — private, one-on-one appointments with no cage dryers, no chaotic salon floor, and no aggressive handling. Just you and the dog.

What to Expect When You Join

  • Day 1: 1-on-1 training with Savannah
  • 30-day trial period to ensure mutual fit
  • 20% commission during training
  • 25% commission upon program completion
  • 30% commission after 1 year + certifications + Evaluation
  • 5–8+ years of professional grooming experience preferred
  • Fear Free certification preferred, not required
