Since you’ve already chosen Savy Turnkey, the only thing left is completing a quick authorization so we can handle your home access safely and legally. Fill out the forms below, and we’ll reach out to schedule your meet and greet — the one step before Savannah is cleared to retrieve your dog.

How does this work

Assessment
A meet and greet at your home
Our Groomer visits your home to meet your dog on their own turf. This is where your dog gets to decide she’s safe — and she is. The meet and greet is relaxed, unhurried, and completely on your dog’s terms.
Determination
We make sure it’s the right fit
Dogs are protective of their homes, and that’s a good thing. Sometimes it takes a visit or two before your dog is fully comfortable with Savannah coming in without you. We never rush this step — your dog’s comfort and Savannah’s safety both matter.
Approval
Turnkey access is confirmed
Once our Groomer confirms and your dog is comfortable with the arrangement, Turnkey access is approved and added to your account. From that point forward, you can add it to any appointment — or let us automatically include it every time.
Cancel Anytime
No long-term obligation
You can cancel the Savy Turnkey add-on at any time by notifying SavyTails in writing at info@savytails.com. Cancellation takes effect for any appointment scheduled after written notice is received.

Once we receive and review the information provided, we will contact you to schedule an assessment with one of our groomers/stylist.

Section 2: Home Access Authorization

By signing this form, the resident grants SavyTails: Mobile Pet Grooming, LLC and its authorized Stylist permission to access the above-listed residential unit for the sole purpose of retrieving and returning the named pet(s) in connection with scheduled grooming appointments. SavyTails takes reasonable steps to vet all Stylists authorized to perform Turnkey services. This authorization applies to all future Savy Turnkey appointments unless revoked in writing.

KEY & CREDENTIAL SECURITY: Any physical key, fob, or access code provided to SavyTails will be stored securely and used exclusively for Savy Turnkey appointments. Keys will be returned to the resident upon written request or upon cancellation or revocation of Turnkey service. SavyTails will not duplicate, share, or retain access credentials beyond the duration of the service relationship. Upon revocation of this authorization, the resident must arrange for the return or change of any access credentials provided to SavyTails within 48 hours of issuing the revocation notice.

Here’s exactly what happens on your Turnkey day.

Section 3: Scope of Service

Savannah arrives at your building on your scheduled service day. She comes to your door, greets your dog the way they’ve come to expect, and heads out for their pre-groom walk — tail already wagging before they hit the hallway.

After the walk, your dog gets their full grooming appointment at your building’s on-site grooming station. When the groom is complete, Savannah takes them out for their post-groom walk, returns them to your unit, and secures your door behind her.

A few minutes later, you get a post-groom summary — coat notes, health observations, and confirmation that your dog is home safe.

You come home to a clean, calm, happy dog. That’s the whole thing.


  • Stylist arrives at the property on the scheduled service day
  • Stylist proceeds to the resident’s unit and retrieves the pet(s)
  • Pre-groom walk conducted on the property grounds
  • Full grooming service performed at the on-site pet grooming station
  • Post-groom walk conducted on the property grounds

  • Pet(s) returned safely to the resident’s unit

  • Unit door secured upon departure

  • Post-groom summary with coat and health observations sent to resident via text or email

The Savy Turnkey Add-On covers the retrieval, walk, grooming, and return described above. It does not include extended pet sitting, additional walks beyond those listed, or any home services beyond the scope of grooming access.

In case of emergency

Section 4: VETERINARY EMERGENCY RELEASE

In the event that the pet shows signs of illness, injury, or distress during any Savy Turnkey appointment, the resident authorizes SavyTails to take the following escalating actions:

Contact the primary emergency contact listed in Section 1 immediately

Second


Contact the secondary emergency contact listed in Section 1 if primary is unreachable

Third


Contact the veterinarian listed in Section 1 if both emergency contacts are unreachable

Finally


If no party is reachable and the pet requires immediate medical attention, transport the pet to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic

IMPORTANT:

I authorize SavyTails’ Groomer/Stylist to approve emergency veterinary treatment on my behalf if I cannot be reached and the attending veterinarian determines that immediate treatment is necessary. I authorize SavyTails to approve treatment costs up to:

VETERINARY SPENDING AUTHORIZATION: SavyTails is authorized to approve emergency veterinary treatment not to exceed $1,000.00 without further client authorization. For treatment anticipated to exceed $1,000.00, SavyTails will make all reasonable efforts to reach the resident and both emergency contacts before approving additional treatment. If no party can be reached and the attending veterinarian determines that immediate treatment exceeding $1,000.00 is necessary to preserve the life of the pet, SavyTails may authorize such treatment. The resident remains fully responsible for all associated veterinary costs regardless of the amount.

Section 5: LIABILITY & RELEASE

The resident grants SavyTails’ authorized Stylist permission to enter the unit as described in Section 2. SavyTails and its Stylists agree to treat the residence and its contents with care and respect. SavyTails accepts responsibility for damage to the residence or its contents directly caused by the negligence of SavyTails personnel during the performance of Turnkey services. SavyTails is not liable for pre-existing damage, theft unrelated to the service, or incidents caused by other parties.

The resident confirms that all known behavioral traits, handling sensitivities, and history relevant to the pet’s interaction with unfamiliar handlers have been disclosed in Section 1. The resident accepts liability for any injury to SavyTails personnel caused by behavioral incidents that the resident knew or reasonably should have known about and failed to disclose. This applies to all behavioral tendencies, not only prior aggression history.

SavyTails is not liable for damage to the residence or its contents caused by the pet during retrieval or return. The resident acknowledges that the pet may behave unpredictably when unsupervised by its owner.

Pre- and post-groom walks are conducted on the property grounds with the pet on leash at all times. SavyTails carries general liability insurance covering pet care activities. In the event of an incident during a walk, SavyTails will notify the resident immediately.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a deposit refund or transfer with no additional charge.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment result in forfeiture of the $25.00 deposit plus a charge of 50% of the total ticket amount.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service price automatically to the card on file.

No-access during a Savy Turnkey appointment will be charged the full service price automatically.

In the event that SavyTails arrives at the resident’s unit on a scheduled Turnkey appointment day and is unable to access the premises or retrieve the pet due to circumstances within the resident’s control — including but not limited to expired or invalid access credentials, access code changes not communicated to SavyTails, or pet unavailability — the full service price for the scheduled appointment will be automatically charged to the card on file.

IMPORTANT: A no-access event is treated the same as a no-show. The full service price is charged automatically. No partial refund will be issued.

This authorization may be revoked at any time by the resident by providing written notice to SavyTails via email at info@savytails.com. Revocation takes effect for any appointment scheduled after the written notice is received. Upon revocation, the resident must arrange for the return or change of any access credentials provided to SavyTails within 48 hours in accordance with Section 2.

This Authorization Form is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under this Form shall be resolved in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

SavyTails: Mobile Pet Grooming, LLC carries General Liability insurance with Care, Custody & Control coverage and a Pet Floater endorsement. A Certificate of Insurance naming your property community as Additional Insured is available upon request.

Section 6:

RESIDENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AUTHORIZATION

By filling out and submitting the forms below, I confirm that:

1. I have read and understood all sections of this authorization form.
2. The pet and emergency contact information provided above is accurate and current.
3. I authorize SavyTails to access my unit and handle my pet(s) as described.
4. I authorize SavyTails to approve emergency veterinary care up to $1,000.00 if I cannot be reached, and to exceed that amount if necessary to preserve my pet’s life.
5. I acknowledge that I am responsible for all veterinary costs incurred on my behalf.
6. I understand the scope, limitations, and liability terms of the Savy Turnkey Add-On.
7. I have read and agreed to SavyTails’ Client Terms of Service, which govern cancellation, deposit, no-show, and full-charge policies applicable to this service.
8. I understand that this authorization remains on file for all future Turnkey appointments unless I revoke it in writing to info@savytails.com.

Client Authorization & Liability Agreement

SAVY TURNKEY SERVICE

The Savy Turnkey Add-On is a fully hands-off grooming experience. For an additional $50 per appointment, your SavyTails Stylist will retrieve your dog from your home, provide a pre-groom walk, complete the full grooming service of your choice at the on-site pet grooming station, provide a post-groom walk, and return your dog safely home — all without requiring you to be present. This form authorizes SavyTails to perform that service on your behalf.
